We will learn to mask a pre baked cake in buttercream. Create reindeer horns from gingerbread cookies. Make gumpaste ears, eyes and a shiny red nose. To finish it off we will add piped buttercream fur and some gold bells.

We will learn to mask a pre-baked cake in buttercream, learn the techniques for a smooth fondant finish, create a Unicorn horn out of a dowel and gumpaste, create gumpaste ears and eyes, paint using edible gold and then pipe a rainbow, mane using coloured buttercream.

Patisserie at Home: Chocolate Mousse Domes
With this 4-hour workshop, you will make four 3" round mousse domes under the guidance of our instructor. You will layer each dome with delicious flavours including passion fruit, white and dark chocolate mousse. Our instructor will then take you through finishing your desserts by creating an edible chocolate & paillete feuilletine plaque, gold leaf and more. The best part is, as always, you take this dessert home with you to treat your family and friends.
