Floral Piping Technique Cake II (Korean Style)

The instructor will demo on how to make the buttercream, how to ice the pre-baked cakes, piping of buttercup, ranunculus, an edge of rose, leaves, buds, arrange piped items by size and on the cake. Students will be guided and practice on their own cake.  At the end of the day, students will take home their own creations.
