Patisserie at Home: Choux au Craquelin (Cream Puff)
Start from scratch, making the choux pate. Topping with craquelin and learn techniques for finishing like a professional. Oh, don't forget, these cream puffs will be baked and filled with a smooth creme patisserie in our baker's kitchen
We will learn to mask a cake in buttercream, create bunny ears, nose, feet and eyes out of gumpaste. Pipe some rabbit fur and decorate with gumpaste leaves.
Duration: 2-3 hours Age: Adults 1 adult guest and one child aged 10-years old and under per registration
Pasta Making with Kids
Just like Nonna makes it? Well... we will sure try!! You will mix and knead the dough, let it rest for a short while as we get the workstations ready for rolling. Once we are finished you and your kids will be leaving with fresh pasta ready to be cooked for dinner.
Duration: 2 hours Age: parents/guardians and children of all ages welcome Up to 4 guests per registration
Note: If you already have a traditional pasta rolling machine at home, dust it off and bring it in :) Let us know in the booking notes if you plan to BYOPM (Bring Your Own Pasta Machine).
