
Strawberry Choux au Craquelin (Cream Puff)

In this class we will start off by making the strawberry craquelin that tops our choux before going in the oven. We will then make the choux paste, pipe the dough and bake them off! While the cream puffs bake we will make the. Once cooled the puffs will be filled with fresh strawberry cream, and topped with a strawberry. Each student will take home 6 large cream puffs.
