These cutters have been designed to make the easiest and quickest peony ever! Lightly dust your work surface with cornstarch and your modelling or gum paste 1-2mm thick. Once you have cut out the petals, leave the icing to dry for a few minutes before thinning and shaping the petals so that they keep their shape. You can create peonies of different sizes by adding additional strips.
