Lavender Oil (Lavandula officinalis) is a pure, natural essential oil and is used as a flavoring as well as in aromatherapy for its fresh floral scent and flavor. When used as a flavor, use sparingly. Essential oils are potent. We recommend dipping a toothpick into the bottle and swirling into your batter or frosting.
