In this class we will start off by making the strawberry craquelin that tops our choux before going in the oven. We will then make the choux paste, pipe the dough and bake them off! While the cream puffs bake we will make the strawberry curd. Once cooled the puffs will be filled with fresh vanilla cream, the strawberry curd and garnished with piped cream and strawberry crispy pearls. Each student will take home 6 large cream puffs.
