In this class we will start off by making the craquelin that tops our choux before going in the oven. We will then make the choux paste, pipe the dough and bake them off! While the cream puffs bake we will make the caramel and chocolate sauces. Once cooled, the puffs will be filled with vanilla scented whipping cream, and garnished with chocolate and caramel sauces. Each student will take home 6 large cream puffs.
